Time to update my blog. I will be honest, I have tried at least 5 other times, but I could never get it to look the way I wanted it to look. It would have been great though...It was titled "What a difference a year makes" and it was going to talk about how at this time last year I was planning my wedding and how now the only thing I plan are unromantic nights with Becca. Then I was trying to post a bunch of pictures from all of the trips I have been on this year....single. There were even some great shots of my "honeymoon" to Costa Rica (see above). Okay, so here are 7 random things about me...
1) I buy a diet coke and 3 laffy taffy ropes (2 grape, 1 strawberry) every single morning before work. Bad habit I thought I would break when I bought my new car since my old car has little wrappers and diet coke stains throughout it. What has actually happened though is I don't drive my new car to work. I drive my Grandma's cadillac. That way, I still get to enjoy my dc and my sugar. Plus, my new black car sits in my garage and stays extremely clean. Just like my house.
2) My right pupil is bigger than my left. I was born this way. I have had many people ask me if I am on drugs. No, I am not. I actually hate any kind of medicine. Actually, 60% of people are born this way. Mine is just really noticeable.
3) I love "a good storm." I am fascinated with geeky things. I love the weather (especially deadly and destructive storms). However, I no longer tell my dates this fact about me. I got my foot deep deep DEEP in mouth when I told a date this, only to find out 20 minutes later his only brother died in a storm....
4) I love Jennifer Aniston. I think this stems from Friends. So I think I really love Rachel Green. Along those lines, I detest Angelina Jolie. And Brad Pitt. I refuse to date anyone who prefers Angelina over Jen. Let's be honest, right now I just refuse to date.
5) My first word was "Jesus" when I was 8 months old.
6) I am very good with numbers and remember dates way too good. For instance, I could tell you that today, May 8, is the same day I was Alice in the play "Alice in Wonderland" when I was in the 4th grade. Yesterday, May 7, was my first boyfriend's birthday. It is also his wife's. And hopefully Greg Webb never reads this, because he asked me to "go with him" in 9th grade on October 9th (Floyd's birthday and the day Kate and Floyde got engaged). He broke up with me on October 22.
7) I love the smell of skunks.

I am so proud of you for updating your blog! I had totally forgotten all about the "good storm" date story. That was hilarious!!! As for being good with dates, I know you will never forget our birthday is March 21st and you were born at 9:00 and I was born at 9:28! Love ya!
I saw this on Katie's and had to see yours. These were good! I secretly like a good storm to, in St. Louis we had tornado warnings all the time and an alarm would go off and you had to go in the basement and huge trees in our back yard would fall over. It was fun to watch I was just crossing my fingers that they wouldn't fall on the house.
I remember you as Alice, that was a big deal.
Hey Karlee- I noticed your comment on Nat's blog and thought that I would check yours out. I remember Nat telling me the date story and laughing so hard. I was amused reading your random things- I am still trying to think of what I am going to write since Katie tagged me to. Well take care!

I am pretty sure I was freaking jealous that greg webb asked you out on October 9th and quite excited when he dumped you on the 22nd! Haha. Such a fun memory. Where is greg webb these days anyway...

Either way, I got a kick out of the post, and seriuosly blew soda pop outta my nose when I read the story about your dates dead brother...classic.
I'm with you on the angelina/brad issue! That is amazing how you remember dates like that. I think that could really come in handy!!!
